Socko Thursday #7

Hello everyone and welcome the the seventh post in my Socko Thursday series! This week I am featuring Instagram user breezysworld. She wears socks with her Chacos because she likes socks and sandals and also because they are a bit too big for her. Wearing them with wool socks make them fit her feet better. Usually she will wear them in the colder months of the year or when it is chilly in the evening during summer. She will pretty much wear her Chacos or Birkenstocks with socks everyday unless she needs to look more professional. Her favorite socks to wear with them are usually wool socks from REI or striped colorful socks from Costco. She started wearing socks with her sandals regularly a few years ago, but has always liked them. So without further or do here are the pictures!

Fun Friday #1

Hello everyone and welcome to my new series of posts called Fun Friday! In this series I will focus on people who wear other brands of sandals with socks. I didn't want people who don't wear Keens, Tevas, or Chacos to feel left out. So for this first post I will be featuring Instagram user jacque_sue23. She wears them with socks because one of her favorite actresses wore her sandals with socks and she thought "why can't I try that?" Also what is the point of wearing fun socks if you can't even see them? Usually she will wear them without socks when dressing up, but for her more casual outfits she will almost always wear socks. Her favorite kind of socks to wear with them are higher fun socks with funny quotes on them. She wears her Chacos with socks because they look awesome and protect her feet from blisters. She will mostly wear them with socks when it's colder but it depends on the type of hike she does. Keen Saturday #3

Hello everyone and welcome to the third post in my Keen Saturday series. Today's post is special because we will be celebrating the National Park Service's 100th anniversary. I am featuring Instagram user eilerkaylaj who is currently a park ranger/videographer at the Mesa Verde National Park! She wears her Keen whisper sandals with socks when she is out hiking or camping when it is cold. She likes wearing them at the campsite since they feel like slippers and to protect her feet from mosquitos. She will also wear them with socks if she is out and about during the colder months. Her favorite socks to wear with them are her gray Smartwool socks because they are lightweight and dry off quickly. She will also wear thicker purple Smartwool socks when it's cold. Hello everyone and welcome to the fifth post in my Socko Thursday series! This week I am featuring Instagram user moonpie_kevin. She wears her Chacos with socks becuase she thinks it's fun and dorky. She also wears them if she needs an easy pair of shoes to put on and she is already wearing socks. She first started wearing socks with sandals about 7 years ago with her slides and has now moved onto her Chacos.
