Teva Tuesday: annniiee_m

Hello everyone and welcome to this weeks Teva Tuesday post! Today I am featuring Instagram user annniiee_m! Annie wears socks with her Tevas because it gives her outfit a more funky look and is something you don't really see in fashion these days. She loves her unique socks and she thought to herself if she wears tennis shoes that cover up the socks, what's the point? So she wears socks and sandals. They are also very convenient and keep her toes warm. Annie wears socks with her Tevas at least three times a week in Spring, Summer, and Fall. Not so much in the Winter as the weather in Washington during that time of year is snowy and rainy. Some of her favorite things to do in them include walks on the beach and hiking. Her family and friends think her socks and sandals are both cute and funky. Annie's favorite kind of socks to wear with her Tevas are from Modsock. She is attracted to bright colors, shapes, and patterns. As far as length she prefers knee high and crew length socks. She recently started to leave her socks on when wearing them in the water. For cold water, she says wool socks surprisingly keep your feet nice and warm. She doesn't do it every time but plans to do it more in the future. Annie started wearing socks with her Tevas about 1 year ago when her Aunt introduced her to Modsock. She always had an addiction for funky cute unique socks so they were a perfect fit. Currently, Annie has two pairs of Tevas, the Hurricanes and a pair of Originals and definitely wants more. She also tried wearing socks with fancier brown leather sandals and plans to wear those with socks more as well. So without further ado here are the pictures!

Teva Tuesday: angelicadeaner

Hello everyone and welcome to this weeks Teva Tuesday post! Today I am featuring Instagram user angelicadeaner! Angelica loves to wear socks with her Teva Tirras and Teva Terra Fi Lite sandals when she goes hiking as she has very sensitive feet and socks prevent blisters. Even though she loves to wear socks with her sandals Angelica loves being barefoot. Sometimes if she forgets to pack socks she will just end up hiking barefoot. She also likes to wear socks because other people think it's strange. Angelica almost never wears her Tevas without socks. She usually wears them 2-3 times a week. Her favorite kind of socks to wear with them are either grey or black Smartwool ankle socks. She even leaves her socks on when crossing streams and if it's raining. Angelica started wearing socks with her sandals on a regular basis back in 2012. At this time she had just given up running and started hiking. By her third hike in sneakers she decided to try wearing sandals as sneakers just weren't working out for her. During a hike in sandals her feet started to get blisters so someone offered her a pair of socks, ever since then she has only worn socks and sandals for hiking. In 2013 she hiked across Spain wearing socks and sandals. Now she retired early and is living in Mexico. Every morning she goes out on a hike wearing socks with her Tevas. Keen Saturday: pseudosoma

Hello everyone and welcome to this weeks Keen Saturday post! Today I am featuring Instagram user pseudosoma! Suksiri wears socks with her Keen Whisper sandals to prevent her feet from sweating. She actually likes wearing her Keens without socks more than with socks. When she does wear socks with them she is usually hiking which is only about 1-2 times a month. She prefers to wear socks that go just below and just above her ankle. She started wearing socks with her Keens about a year ago when she was hiking to prevent her feet from moving around too much in the sandals. So without further ado here are the pictures!

Socko Thursday: mojorood

Hello everyone and welcome to this weeks Socko Thursday post! Today I am featuring Instagram user mojorood! She wears socks with her Chacos because it's so easy for her to just slip them on over her socks and they keep her feet warm when it's cold. She loves to wear them like that since the socks are like a security blanket over her feet and they're so comfortable. She mostly wears them with socks a couple times a week during fall and spring, but once it snows she switches to boots. In the summer she prefers not to wear socks as she wants to work on her Chaco tan. Her favorite kind of socks to wear with them are Smartwool ankle socks. Her favorite colors of socks to wear are orange, purple, and teal. She started wearing socks with her Chacos back in March 2016 on a mission trip to Nashville. She packed Chacos expecting it to be warm, but it turned out to be 40 degrees, so she improvised. So without further ado here are the pictures!

Keen Saturday: zoumaru

Hello everyone and welcome to this weeks Keen Saturday post! Today I am featuring Instagram user zoumaru! She wears socks with her Keen Newport H2 sandals whenever she is hiking or if it's cold. She also loves wearing socks and sandals as a fashion. She pretty much always wears them with socks unless she is wearing them in the water. Her favorite kind of socks to wear with them are socks with patterns on them or simple colors. As far as length she prefers socks that go to around her ankle and above. She has been wearing socks with her Keens ever since she got them which was about 5-6 years ago. So without further ado here are the pictures!

Fun Friday: insane.sain

Hello everyone and welcome to this weeks Fun Friday post! In this weeks post I am featuring Instagram user insane.sain! Deb wears socks with her sandals because she thinks they're super cute, they keep her toes warm, and they are one of the most comfortable combinations to wear on your feet. She only wears socks with her sandals during the fall and winter when it's cold. But, during that time she usually wears them 6 out of 7 days of the week. She actually inspired her younger brother to start wearing socks with his sandals and he loves it. Deb's favorite kind of socks to wear with her sandals are both tie dye socks and thick, hand-knitted socks. If it's a bit warmer she will sometimes wear them with ankle socks. She started wearing socks with her sandals about 3 years ago, towards the end of her senior year of high school. She had recently seen the So Random! socks with sandals music video on Disney Channel. Deb wanted to wear her new sandals she bought from the thrift store, but it was cold and she loved her sandals so much. So she was like "Hey, why don't I just wear some socks with my sandals, so my feet can be warm and stylish?" And she has been wearing socks and sandals ever since. A few months ago she got a pair of Birkenstocks that she also wears with socks. Now that it is summer she doesn't wear them much anymore as it is too hot and humid to wear socks.
